• Once you find the property you want, you can request its availability by simply sending us a request from the “request info/RESERVE” page of the property. Choose one of the three possibilities by checking the appropriate box: 
  • If available, I would like to reserve the property 
  • If available, I would like to option the property 
  • Please send me information

• If the property is available, our staff will send you the reservation form by e-mail
• You will have 3 working days, from when the form is sent to you, to confirm the reservation by making a bank transfer to the account indicated in the reservation form
• The reservation will be considered confirmed when you send the reservation form completed with all of the required information together with a copy of the receipt for the bank transfer by fax to +30 0721 797842 or by e-mail to info@invacanzanellemarche.com.
• Once payment has been credited to the bank account, our staff will send you a reservation confirmation voucher by e-mail.

For your information, please see the payment conditions below:

• 30% down payment to be paid at the moment the reservation is made, plus a €10.00 administration fee;
• 70% balance to be paid within the 60 days prior to the first day of the rental period.
• For reservations made less than 60 days prior to the first day of the rental period, a single payment for the full price must be made at the time the reservation is made.
• Also, please be advised that once the payment has been accredited to the account,” In Vacanza nelle Marche” will send you an e-mail with an entry voucher attached, complete with all of the information necessary for your vacation.

• If the property is available, our staff will send you an e-mail to confirm the option.
• The option is for 72 hours, during which the client may decide whether or not to make a reservation. During high season the option period will be reduced to 48 hours
• If you do not contact us within the above terms, the property will be returned to the listings and will be available to other clients.
• If a client options a property and decides to make a reservation after the 72/48 hour option period has expired and, in the meantime, another client has also optioned the same property for the same period, the first client must wait until the second client decides.
• A client may not option more than two properties at a time, unless otherwise agreed upon.
