The apartment is located on the first floor and distributed on two levels, on the lower level there is a large room with a kitchenette unit, a living room with a fireplace, sofa bed, two double bedrooms with queen size beds, both have a private bathroom with shower, one has a chair-bed ; on the upper level: mansard with a queen size bed, sofa bed, bathroom with shower. The apartment also has an internal stairway that communicates with the Verdi apartment.
