It is located in a green oasis, in a position close to the sea surrounded by uncontaminated woodlands, that makes it an excellent departure point for daily excursions. The Villa, completed by a lovely pool and a covered porch, offers the possibility to have your breakfast outdoors or to enjoy a good glass of wine whilst relaxing with a great book in perfect tranquillity. The various relaxing areas and the shaded loggiato in the pool area gives the villa a very cosy atmosphere.
 

Layout:
The property is split on two levels and it is composed of: on the ground floor we find a double bedroom with private bath with tub, a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with access directly on the porch, ideal for pleasurable meals whilst taking in the surrounding area, service bathrooms and closer room. From theliving room one can access on the beautiful garden. The first floor is made up of: a double bedroom with private bath with tub and a private terrace, which overlooks the hills, a room with three single beds and a bathroom with shower.
