Villa with Pool in Marche: Villa Romantica

Villa romantica is a delightful stone farmhouse situated at few minutes from Pergola. Internally the property is characterised by floors in terracotta tiles and oak-beamed ceilings. It has been furnished with great care by the owners and it offers very homely and comfortable furniture. The villa is surrounded by a wide garden with swimming pool and is rich in plants, olive trees and sweet-smelling flowers. Villa Romantica is the ideal place for those who wish stays dedicated to relax, but without renouncing the pleasure of visiting the numerous villages and the most typical cities of the inland parts of the Marches. Moreover, the property has a panoramic arcade, well equipped with tables and chairs, allowing the hosts to spend enjoyable evenings in the open air.
 

Layout:
The villa is set into two levels. The ground floor is composed by a dining room, a kitchen with direct access to the lodge, a double room, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which consists of two double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom with shower and a relaxing area with sofa.
